Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na faktory psychické zátěže v profesní péči o seniory. The bachelor thesis is focused on factors of mental stress in professional care for seniors. It deals with specific stressors of workers in social services taking care of seniors, coping with mental stress and possibilities of prevention.
