After-school physical activities of children on the 1st grade elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na získání aktuálních poznatků týkajících se obsahu, objemu a intenzity mimoškolní pohybové aktivity dětí na 1. stupni ZŠ. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem pohybová aktivita a s ní pojmy související. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou mladšího školního věku, významem pohybové aktivity a jejím vlivem na zdraví jedince, a to především na zdraví dětí mladšího školního věku. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na vliv rodiny a školy, jakožto činitele ovlivňující výchovu dítěte k pohybové aktivitě. Kapitola Mimoškolní pohybová aktivita zahrnuje podrobnou charakteristiku MPA, její možnosti a formy provozování. Poslední kapitoly shrnují dosavadní poznatky, výzkumy a intervenční programy, které se zabývají pohybovou aktivitou dětí mladšího školního věku. Výzkumná část přináší aktuální poznatky o objemu, obsahu a intenzitě pohybové aktivity dětí mladšího školního věku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims at getting up to date findings about the content, volume and intensity of out-of-school physical activities of children on the first grade of an elementary school. The theoretical part defines the physical activity concept and the other concepts according to this concept. The theoretical part also deals with the first grade of the elementary school age characteristics, the physical activity meaning and its influence on health of an individual, mainly on health of the elementary school children. Another chapters focus to family and school influence within factors which are able to affect children habits according to the physical activities. The out-of-school physical activity chapter will cover a full detailed characteristic of MPA, its posilibities and keeping options. Last chapters summarize the current findings, researches and intervention programs dealing with the physical activities of the first grade of the elementary school children. The research work part comes with the up to date findings about the content, volume and intensity of physical activities of the elementary school age children.
