V této bakalářské se věnujeme metodám používaným pro základní diagnostiku, určení prognózy a pro studium molekulárních mechanismů u B-lymfocytárních leukémií a lymfomů s důrazem na metody schopné rozlišit jednotlivé buňky. In this bachelor's thesis we focus on methods used for the basic diagnostics, prognosis determination and molecular mechanisms in case of B-cell leukemias and lymphomas with the emphasis on single cell-based methods.
