Financial and non-finacial factors affecting business performance
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je porovnání výkonnosti podniku PCO – hlídací služba, s.r.o. v období 2012 – 2016 z pohledu finančních a nefinančních faktorů. Finanční faktory jsou analyzovány jak pomocí klasických, tak i moderních ukazatelů. Nefinanční ukazatele jsou hodnoceny pomocí metody BSC a EFQM. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vliv těchto faktorů a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení výkonnosti podniku …more
Abstract:
The topis of this thesis is to compare the performance of the company PCO – hlídací služba, s.r.o. in terms of financial and non-financial factors in the period 2012-2016. Financial factors are analysed using both classical and modern indicators. Non-financial indicators are evaluated using the BSC and EFQM method.
