Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o procesním řízení jako součásti konceptu IT Governance. Standardem pro IT Governance je rámec Cobit. V této práci je využíván Cobit v poslední verzi z roku 2012, tedy ve verzi 5. V další části práce jsou popsány principy procesního řízení a v krátkosti je uveden rozdíl mezi liniovým a procesním řízením. This thesis deals with the topic of process management as a part of IT Governance. Cobit is the standard for the IT Governance. For the purpose of the thesis we use Cobit 5, the latest Cobit version published in 2012.
