Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá prevenční povinností v BOZP, a to jak povinnostmi ze strany zaměstnavatele, tak i ze strany zaměstnance. V úvodu práce jsou vymezeny pojmy vztahující se k tomuto tématu, přičemž institut prevence je popsán v širších souvislostech. This diploma thesis deals with preventive duties in OSH. It covers both: the duties of the employer and the employee as well. At the beginning of my thesis there is an explanation of the terms related to this topic, where the institute of prevention is described in its wider concept.
