Family and emloyment with regard to gender issues
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je se zabývá vztahem rodiny a zaměstnání, především možnostmi jejich harmonizace. Důraz je přitom kladen na sféru rodiny, sociální politiky státu a trh práce, a to jak samostatně, tak v jejich vzájemné provázanosti. Podstatnou část tvoří důležitá otázka genderu, která se prolíná celou problematikou rodinného i pracovního života.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with relations between family and employment, especially with possibilities of its harmonisation. The emphasis is on the family sphere, welfare policy and jobs market, not just individually but also in their cohesion. Substantial part of this is the important gender issue, which is linked to all the problems concerning family and working life.
