Abstract:
Práce se zabývá stanovením celkového glutathionu a glutathiondisulfidu v lidské plné krvi a v suché kapce krve u skupiny dobrovolných dárců krve metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s fluorescenční detekcí.
Abstract:
Scientific research deals with a determination of total glutathione and glutathione disulfide in human whole blood and dried blood spot samples in a group of blood donors using a high-perforformance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection.
