Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá agendou a vytížeností sociálních pracovníků na Úřadu práce. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se státní sociální podpory, sociálního zabezpečení a agendy sociálních pracovníku Úřadu práce. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumným šetřením, analýzou získaných dat, její následnou interpretací a závěrem ve kterém poukazuji na možnosti řešení dané problematiky.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the agenda and workload of social workers at the Labor Office. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to state social support, social security and the agenda of the social worker of the Labour Office.
