Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zájmem dítěte ve spojením s mezinárodním osvojení. Osvojení může proběhnou jen, je-li v zájmu dítěte. Mezinárodní úmluvy ani vnitrostátní předpisy zájem dítěte nedefinují přímo, je však možno jej z nich vyvodit. This thesis deals with issue of interest of child in connection with intercountry adoption. Adoption shall take place only if it is in the best interest of child. International agreements nor intranational laws do not define this interest directly, but it is possible to deduce it.
