Transformation of social services

Abstract:

Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je transformační proces v sociálních službách. Cílem práce je popis transformačního procesu v organizaci Zámek Dolní Životice, p.o. a jeho analýza. Pozornost bude zaměřena primárně na analýzu s následnou evaluací systému přípravy klientů i pracovníků na přechod do nových typů a služeb odpovídajících potřebám klientů. V první kapitole teoretické části stručně vymezuji pojem osoby se zdravotním postiženíma jeho klasifikaci, ve druhé kapitole se zabývám vývojem sociálních služeb, zákonem o sociálních službách, popisem vybraných druhů sociálních služeb a rovněž standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Ve třetí kapitole se zaměřuji na humanizaci, deinstitucionalizaci a transformaci ústavní sociální péče. V praktické části se věnuji srovnání a analýze při realizaci procesu transformace pobytovésociální služby v jiné typy sociálních služeb a podpoře sociálního začlenění uživatele do společnosti.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis contains transformational process in social services. The aim of the thesis is a description of transformational process in organization Dolní Životice manor, p.o. and its analysis. Primarily we will pay attention to the analysis with subsequent evaluation of client?s and worker?s preparatory system for transition to the new types and services which are in accordance with client?s needs. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I briefly specify term "handicapped person" and its classifications; in the second chapter I occupy myself with developments of social services, Social Services Act, description of selected sorts of social services and also with standards for quality in social services. In the third chapter I focus on humanization, deinstitutionalization and transformation of institutional social welfare. In the practical part I concentrate on comparison and analysis in realization of transformational process of residential social services into other types of social services and support of social integration of handicapped people into the society.
