The Impact of Human Resource Management on Business Success
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky podstaty fungování řízení lidských zdrojů v podnikatelské činnosti zrealizovat analýzu jeho současného stavu ve společnosti Colorvent, s. r. o. a navrhnout efektivní systém řízení lidských zdrojů tak, aby vedl k pozitivnímu vlivu na výkon jejího podnikání.
Abstract:
The goal of the diploma thesis is on the basis processing the theoretical basis of the issues of the essence of the functioning of human resources management in business activity to carry out an analysis of its current state in the company Colorvent, s. r. o. and to design an effective Human Resource Management system so as to lead to a positive impact on the performance of its business.
