Diplomová práca sa zaoberá režimom spracúvania osobitných kategórií údajov. Pomocou historického vývoja a komparácie minulej a súčasnej úpravy na úrovni Európskej únie i Českej republiky demonštruje interpretačnú otázku zákonnosti ich spracúvania, ktorú potom analyzuje a vyhodnocuje.
