V práci sa zaoberáme problematikou bankového marketingu. V bankách má tvorba marketingového mixu určité špecifiká.V prvej časti rozoberáme teoretické východiská marktetingu. Venujeme sa definíciám bankového marketingu a konkrétnym nástrojom marketingového mixu, čiže produktu, cene, distribúcii, komunikácii, personálu, procesu a fyzickému prostrediu.
