Abstract:

Lidé jsou nejdůležitějším zdrojem, který má organizace k dispozici, protože do značné míry ovlivňují její dlouhodobý úspěch a stabilitu. Oblast řízení zabývající se lidmi v organizaci se nazývá personální práce (personalistika). Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením personální práce a významem, které lidské zdroje pro organizaci mají. Dále popisuje vývoj moderní personální práce ve třech etapách – od personální administrativy, přes personální řízení až po řízení lidských zdrojů. Následně jsou popsány úkoly a cíle personálního řízení. Vzhledem ke strategickému pojetí současné personální práce se zabývá i personální strategií a na ni navazující personální politikou. Důležitou součástí je také vymezení odpovědnosti za personální práci, popis personálního útvaru a profilu personálních specialistů. V neposlední řadě práce vymezuje personální činnosti a zdůrazňuje současný trend jejich decentralizace. V analytické části se práce zaměřuje na personální řízení v podmínkách České republiky v konkrétních organizacích, zhodnocení pozitivních skutečností a doporučení organizacím, v čem by mohlo být jejich řízení efektivnější.

Abstract:

People are the most important resource that the organization has available, because they have great effect on its long-term success and stability. Area of management which deals with people is called personnel work (HR). The theoretical part deals with the definition of personnel work and the importance of the human resources for the organization. It also describes the evolution of modern personnel work in three stages - from the personnel administration, over personnel management to human resources management. Then the objectives and goals of personnel management are described. Because of strategic concept of the present personnel work the thesis describes personnel strategy and following personnel policy. The important parts are also description of responsibility for personnel work, description of Personnel Department and the profile of HR specialists. Finally the thesis defines personal activities and highlights the current trend of their decentralization. In the analytical part focused on personnel management in the Czech Republic in specific organizations there are evaluation of the positive facts and recommendations to organizations in what could be their management more effective.
