Tématem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení výkonnosti státního podniku Řízení letového provozu ČR, s.p. v období od roku 2011 do roku 2014. Hlavním cílem práce je konfrontace dosažených výsledků s výstupy z výroční zprávy a odhalení slabých míst podniku. Toto je v práci popsáno u každého ukazatele. The topic of this thesis is the evaluation of the performance of Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic during the period from 2011 until 2014.
