Value orientation of employees primary schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnotovou orientací pedagogických a nepedagogických pracovníků základních škol v Ústeckém kraji. Celá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části je řešena problematika hodnot, hierarchie hodnot, potřeb člověka, motivace a demotivace. Praktická část práce se zabývá rozdíly mezi hierarchií hodnot pedagogických a nepedagogických pracovníků, co vede pracovníky k lepším výkonům a návrh, jakým způsobem zaměstnance lépe motivovat. Součástí práce je i zjištění, zda se vedoucí pracovníci zajímají o potřeby svých zaměstnanců a zda je motivují k lepším výkonům.

Abstract:

The bacherol thesis deals with value orientation of the pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees at primary schools in Region Ústí nad Labem. The whole thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part value problematics, value hierarchy, human needs, motivation and demotivation are described. The practical part deals with differences in value hierarchy of the pedagogical and the non-pedagogical employees, what leads to better result of eployees and suggestion how to motivate employees better. One part of thesis is focused on finding, if school management is interested in employees needs and if they are motivating them to better results.
