Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti ZVU Kovárna a. s. Teoretická část obsahuje východiska pro pojetí konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti a vymezuje přístupy k měření výkonnosti. Praktická část zahrnuje stručnou charakteristiku společnosti a aplikaci vybraných metod pro zhodnocení výkonnosti. This thesis deals with the evaluation of the efficiency of the company called ZVU Kovárna a. s. The theoretical part presents the bases of the concept of competitiveness and performance and identifies several approaches to the performance measurement.
