Abstract:

Práca sa zameriava na použitie aplikácie Plato v hromadnej a statickej doprave. V teoretickej časti popisuje súčasný stav v oblasti problematiky parkovacej politiky a mestskej hromadnej dopravy, rozoberá metodológiu marketingového výskumu a zostavenia marketingového plánu. V analytickej časti prostredníctvom vybraných metód analyzuje vnútorné a vonkajšie prostredie predmetnej aplikácie. Návrhová časť vyhodnocuje vykonané analýzy s predstavením základného marketingového plánu aplikácie Plato pre dopravný segment.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the usage of the application Plato in public and static transport. The theoretical part describes the current state of the field of parking policy and public transport. Also, the methodology of the marketing research and marketing plan creation is analyzed in this part. In the analytical part, there is researched internal and external environment of the subjected product based on selected methods. The part of the recommendations evaluates analysis with an introduction of the fundamental marketing plan of the application Plato for the transportation segment.
