Organizational culture of the Organization social intervention Kladno-Follow up care of the ambulance

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza organizační kultury na jednom z pracovišť organizace Zařízení sociální intervence Kladno a identifikace faktorů ovlivňující organizační kulturu z pohledu zaměstnanců jako podklad pro zvýšení efektivity práce. Informace pro výzkum jsem získala z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovnicemi Následné péče ambulance Kladno. První část práce je zaměřena na metodologii, v které uvádím charakteristiku respondentek a proces sběru dat. Informace získané z rozhovorů propojuji s teoretickými poznatky z literatury. V kapitolách objasňuji pojem organizační kultura, prvky organizační kultury, komunikaci, pracovní prostředí a vztahy na pracovišti. V závěru práce identifikuji bezproblémové a rizikové oblasti.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyze organizational culture at one of the workplaces of the Organization social intervention Kladno and to identify factors influencing organizational culture from the employees' point of view as a basis for increasing the efficiency of work. I got information from semi-structured interviews with the workers of Follow-up treatment Kladno. The first part of the thesis is focused on the methodology in which I characterize respondents and the process of data collection. Information from interviews is linked to theoretical knowledge from literature. In the chapters I explain the term of organizational culture, elements of organizational culture, communication, working environment and relationships in the workplace. At the end of my work I identify problem-free and risky areas.
