Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací pobytových sociálních služeb pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, a to konkrétně v organizaci Čtyřlístek - centrum pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Ostrava, příspěvková organizace. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak se změnil život vybraných klientů se zdravotním postižením po přechodu z ústavní péče do komunitního zařízení chráněného bydlení po transformaci pobytových sociálních služeb organizace Čtyřlístek - centrum pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Ostrava, příspěvková organizace. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle byla zvolena forma analýzy problému z praxe. Předmět analýzy v aplikační části je zpracován způsobem komparace kazuistik. Výsledky poukazují především na to, že transformace dopomohla klientům k životu ve srovnatelných podmínkách jako u jejich vrstevníků. Konkrétní výsledky představuje závěrečná část práce, tzn. kapitoly 4-5.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of residential social services for people with disabilities, specifically in the organization Čtyřlístek - center for people with disabilities Ostrava, contributory organization. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how the lives of selected clients with disabilities changed after the transition from institutional care to community facilities of sheltered housing after the transformation of residential social organizations Čtyřlístek - center for people with disabilities Ostrava, contributory organization. To fulfill this goal, a form of problem analysis from practice was chosen. The subject of analysis in the application part is processed by the method of comparison of case studies. The results show that the transformation has helped clients to live in comparable conditions as their peers. Concrete results are presented in the final part of the work, ie. chapters 4-5.
