Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá supervizí učitelů základních škol. Teoretická část obsahu kapitolu zabývající se definicí supervize a jejími děleními, zejména dle přístupu na supervizi vzdělávací podpůrnou a administrativní. Druhá kapitola teoretické části shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o supervizi učitelů českých základních škol. Popisuje současný stav, možnosti jeho modifikace a bariéry bránící těmto změnám. Blíže jsou zde charakterizovány hospitace a balintovské skupiny jako nejčastější zdroje supervize učitelů. Empirická část navazuje na teoretickou. Zjišťuje, jaké nástroje učitelé pro získávání supervize užívají a chtěli by užívat. Další výzkumné otázky zjišťují, jaký druh supervize učitele získávají a jaký by si přáli získávat. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníku hodnotícího častost získávání a přání získávat jednotlivé druhy supervize u konkrétních zdrojů supervize.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to describe the teachers’ supervision on boarding schools. The theoretical part of the thesis maps the definition of supervision and individual classes of supervision, which are divided according to the attitude to the supervised: the educational supervision, the supporting supervision and the administrative supervision. The second chapter sums up the actual knowledge of Czech boarding schools’ teachers about supervision. It describes the current state of matter, the possibilities of its modification and the issues that stand against these changes. The characteristics of sitting in on a class and balint groups as the most common sources of teachers’ supervision are described in this part. The empirical part continues after the theoretical part. Its aim is to determine which ways the teachers use for gaining supervision and which of them they would like to use. The analysis was realized through a questionnaire, which evaluates the frequency of gaining supervision and the wishes to gain individual types of supervision by its particular sources.
