The relationship between employee motivation, satisfacton and job perfomance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výkonem, motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku BAST s.r.o. Cílem práce je charakterizovat pracovní výkon zaměstnanců, jeho vzájemný vztah s motivací, který dále navazuje na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Praktická část zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření, které se zabývá spokojeností, motivací a pracovním výkonem ve firmě BAST s.r.o. Soustředí se na úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců v organizaci a na spojitost s jejich pracovním výkonem a motivací. Výzkum, ke kterému byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření, odhalil, že pracovní motivace v organizaci je vcelku na dobré úrovni, stejně tak i spokojenost zaměstnanců i jejich výkon. Poukázal na problematiku chybějících benefitů a zpětné vazby, tento problém byl následně prodiskutován s jednatelem organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the performance, motivation and satisfaction of employees in the selected company BAST s.r.o. The goal of the work is to characterize the work performance of employees, its mutual relationship with motivation, which further links to employee satisfaction. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey that deals with satisfaction, motivation and work performance in the company BAST s.r.o. It deals with the satisfaction of employees in the organization and the connection with their work performance and motivation. The research, for which the questionnaire survey method was used, revealed that work motivation in the organization is on the whole at a good level, as well as employee satisfaction and their performance. He pointed out the issue of missing benefits and feedback, this problem was subsequently discussed with the executive of the organization.
