Cílem práce je sestavit model pro odhad pravděpodobnosti nesplacení úvěru klientem. Nejprve byly vybrány vhodné vysvětlující proměnné, které byly v práci podrobně popsány. U kvalitativních proměnných byly v jednotlivých kategoriích zkoumány veličiny jako míra selhání nebo skóre. U kvantitativních proměnných byly spočítány veličiny jako průměr nebo směrodatná odchylka. The aim of the thesis was to build a probability prediction model for client loan repayment. First, the author selected suitable explanatory variables and explained these in detail in the thesis.
