Diplomová práce je zaměřená na drogové trestné činy, jejichž jednotlivé skutkové podstaty aktuální právní úpravy jsou podrobně rozebrány v druhé kapitole. Samotný výklad skutkových podstat je doplněn o právně závazné rozsudky soudů ČR a vlastní zkušenosti autora z pohledu policejní praxe. The diploma thesis is focused on drug offenses, whose individual facts of the current legislation are discussed in detail in the second chapter.
