Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty podniku Obklady Vilímek k 31.12.2020. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a metody, které jsou dále využity v praktické části diplomové práce. V druhé části práce je představena společnost Obklady Vilímek, která se specializuje na prodej obkladů a dlažeb. Nachází se zde metodika ocenění podniku, včetně vymezení souvisejících a základních pojmů této problematiky, zpracování strategické a finanční analýzy, finančního plánu a popis samotných metod oceňování.

Abstract:

The aim of this Master thesis is to determine the value of the company Obklady Vilímek as of 31.12.2020. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts and methods, which are further used in the practical part of the thesis. The second part of the work presents the company Obklady Vilímek, which specializes in the sale of tiles and paving. There is a methodol-ogy of company valuation, including the definition of related and basic concepts of this issue, elaboration of strategic and financial analysis, financial plan and a description of the valuation methods themselves.
