Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v podniku, protože jde o zásadní prvek nezbytný pro fungování moderní firmy, která chce obstát na současném náročném trhu. Konkrétně pak motivací, vzděláváním zaměstnanců a kariérním růstem v podniku. Celkovým cílem je ověřit diference mezi teorií a praxí práce s lidskými zdroji a pokusit se navrhnout reálné postupy pro lepší využití těchto zdrojů …more
Abstract:
The thesis is about human resources management in company, because it is the most important for running of a modern company that wants to compete in a today’s market. Specifically - the motivation, the training of employees and the career. The main target is to verify the differences between theory and practise of working with human resource.
