Importance and evaluation of internal company guidelines in the selected accounting unit

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomoci účetní jednotce správně nastavit vnitropodnikové směrnice. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje obecné charakteristice vnitropodnikových směrnic. Dále jsou zde uvedeny směrnice, jejichž tvorba je nařízena českou legislativou a doporučené směrnice, které zákon nenařizuje. V praktické části byla provedena analýza a zhodnocení současných vnitropodnikových směrnic. Na tomto základě pak byly vytvořeny vnitropodnikové směrnice systém a zpracování účetnictví, směrná účetní osnova a účtový rozvrh, oběh účetních dokladů a oprava chyb z účetnictví, odpovědnostní řád, dlouhodobý majetek a odpisy dlouhodobého majetku, zásoby, opravné položky, termín a místo výplaty a stravenkový paušál, inventarizace, rezervy, časové rozlišení a úschova dokladů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to help the accounting unit correctly set internal company guidelines. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part first deals with the general characteristics of internal company guidelines. Furthermore, guidelines mandated by Czech legislation and recommended guidelines, that are not mandated by law, are listed here. In the practical part, an analysis and evaluation of current internal company guidelines was carried out. On this basis, specific internal guidelines, such as accounting system and processing, standard accounting framework and accounting schedule, circulation of accounting documents and correction of accounting errors, liability code, fixed assets and depreciation of fixed assets, stocks, adjustment items, date and place of payment and meal plan, inventory, reserves, accruals and custody of documents., were created for the accounting unit.
