Abstract:
In the thesis we will deal with fax duties of subjects, which are not established for a business. We will characterise palace of these subjects in the market economy. We will describe conditions for establishment, rise, abandonment and dissolution, economy and financing of these subjects. V práci sa budeme zaoberať otázkou daňových povinností subjektov, ktoré nie sú založené za účelom podnikania. Charakterizujeme postavenie týchto subjektov v trhovej ekonomike. Opíšeme podmienky ich založenia, vzniku, zrušenia a zániku, ich hospodárenie a financovanie. Z daňových povinností, ktoré majú tieto subjekty sa budeme venovať dani z príjmu a dani z pridanej hodnoty, kde popíšeme základné povinnosti …more
