Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním dopravních systémů měst Prahy a Vídně z pohledu cestujícího. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, který z obou systémů je pro cestujícího srozumitelnější a pohodlnější, a popsat jejich nedostatky. Pro naplnění cílů práce bylo využito metody dotazování a pozorování. This thesis deals with the comparison between Prague's and Vienna's traffic systems from the passenger's point of view. Its objective is to determine which of the two systems is more comprehensible and comfortable, and define their weaknesses.
