Proposal Project of a New Product for Seniors for the Travel Agency Futura

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává zejména o cestovním ruchu seniorů, který je v dnešní době velmi populární, a to nejen díky fondu volného času seniorů. Právě z důvodu vzrůstající popularity tohoto fenoménu se jím tato práce bude dopodrobna zabývat. V teoretické části je popsán cestovní ruch obecně a dále charakterizován cestovní ruch seniorů, je zde také rozebráno téma cestovních kanceláří i agentur a tvorba produktu cestovního ruchu. V praktické části je představena vybraná cestovní agentura a na základě dotazníkového šetření navržen projekt zavedení nových produktů cestovního ruchu v podobě nových výletů pro klienty vybrané cestovní agentury. Projekt je podroben rizikové, časové a nákladové analýze.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims to define senior tourism, which is very popular nowadays, not only because of the fund of senior´s free time. Because of the increasing popularity of this phenomenon desribes it this work in detail. In the theoretical part is described tourism in general, then is defined senior tourism and is also analyzed the topic of touroperators, travel agencies and creation of the product of tourism. In the project part is introduced the particular travel agency and on the base of marketing research are proposed new products in the form of new trips for clients of the particular travel agency. Project is also analyzed in the terms of costs, time and risks.
