Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic pro společnost Technometal. První část je zaměřena na teorii týkající se problematiky vnitřních účetních směrnic v podnicích. This bachelor´s thesis deals with formation of the internal accounting direction of Technometal, company. The first part is focused on theory of internal accounting direction in companies. In practical part I describe activity of the company and I analyse actual situation of making an accounting in company. Finally I suggest new internal accounting direction.
