Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá nekalou soutěží a její právní úpravou se zaměřením na skutkové podstaty. Práce se skládá z úvodu, šestí hlavních kapitol, závěru, bibliografie a příloh. V úvodu odhaluji význam tohoto tématu, jeho problémy a účel práce. Cílem práce je utřídit informace, která se týká nekalé soutěže, zvláštních skutkových podstat a generální klauzule.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with unfair competition and its legal regulation, focusing on one of the legal facts, such as misleading advertising. The work consists of an introduction, six main chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography and appendices. In the introduction I reveal the importance of this topic, its problems and the purpose of the work.
