Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem cisplatinovaných oligonukleotidů a přípravou proteinu MutS bakterie Escherichia Coli. Navázání cisplatiny na DNA bylo studováno biofyzikálními technikami, jako jsou nukleární magnetická rezonance, elektroforéza, vysokoúčinná kapalinová chromatografie a fluorescenční rezonanční přenos energie. Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with the study of cisplatinated oligonucleotides and the preparation of protein MutS. The cisplatin binding to DNA was studied by biophysical methods, such as nuclear magnetic resonance, electrophoresis , high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence resonance energy transfer.
