Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout nástroj, který by zjišťoval, jaké strategie řešení dilematických situací identifikují pracovnice a pracovníci přímé péče v pobytové sociální službě s lidmi s mentálním postižením a jak se s dilematy vyrovnávají. Text bakalářské práce je rozložen do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, ve které jsou vymezeny všechny základní pojmy týkající se tématu. V druhé části bakalářské práce je vytvořena pilotáž. Formou dotazníkového šetření může výzkumník hledat odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, jaké strategie řešení dilematických situací identifikují pracovnice a pracovníci přímé péče v pobytové sociální službě s lidmi s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a tool that would find out what strategies for solving dilemma situations are identified by direct care workers in residential social services with people with mental disabilities and how they cope with dilemmas. The text of the bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical in which all the basic concepts related to the topic are defined. In the second part of the bachelor thesis a pilot is created. In the form of a questionnaire survey the researcher can look for an answer to the main research question what dilemma solutions are identified by direct care workers in residential social services with people with mental disabilities.
