The Controversies of the Capital Punishment
Abstract:
Důvodem k napsání diplomové práce na téma problematika trestu smrti je můj zájem o problematiku lidských práv. Další podnět, jenž mě vedl k výběru tématu je narůstající kriminalita a zejména brutalita některých pachatelů násilných trestných činů, což vyvolává v naší společnosti ohlas o znovuzavedení trestu smrti.
Abstract:
The reason of writing my diploma thesis on the topic the problematic of the death penalty is my personal interest about problematics of the human rights. Another impetus, that led me to choose the topic is the increasing crime rate and in particular, the brutality of some perpetrators of violent crimes, which evokes in our society a response to the reintroduction of the deah penalty.
