Evaluation of the quality of restaurant facilities in Prostějov
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybraných restaurací v Prostějově. Práce je rozdělená do několika částí, první část se zaměřuje na teorii. Druhá část se zaměřuje na praktické úkoly, konkrétně analýza získaných dat a interpretace výsledků. V poslední části se hodnotí získané výsledky a předložení doporučení pro majitele restaurace.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of customer satisfaction in selected restaurants in Prostějov. The work is divided into several parts, the first part I will focus on theory. The second part focuses on practical tasks, namely the analysis of the obtained data and the interpretation of the results.
