Abstract:

Cíl: cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření návrhu standardu ošetřovatelské péče - Asistence u elektrické kardioverze. K vytvořenému návrhu standardu byl také záměr vytvořit auditní list pro přehlednost auditního šetření. Záměrem vypracování bakalářské práce bylo také zavedení do praxe ve vybrané nemocnici. Metodika: Navržený standard i auditní list byl vypracován na základě předem prostudované odborné literatury, platné legislativy a směrnic nemocnice. Následně byla provedena odborná konzultace se staničním lékařem, staniční sestrou, všeobecnými sestrami se specializací v intenzivní péči a všeobecnými sestrami, které formou připomínkování vypisovali své připomínky a poznatky z praxe do dokumentu s navrženým standardem. K návrhu standardu ošetřovatelské péče - Asistence u elektrické kardioverze byl zpracován auditní list s měřitelnými kritérii hodnocení. Výsledky: Navrhnutý standard byl po odborných konzultacích, formou připomínkování zúčastněných zaměstnanců, přepracován a upraven do finální podoby. Finální podoba Standardního pracovního postupu - Asistence u elektrické kardioverze a návrh auditního listu bude předložen náměstkyni pro ošetřovatelskou péči a vedení ve vybrané nemocnici. Závěr: Standardizace ve zdravotnictví má nezměrný podíl na stále se zvyšující kvalitě zdravotnické péče. Pomocí auditních šetření je sledováno, do jaké míry jsou standardy dodržovány v běžné praxi. Vzhledem ke stále se opakujícím akreditacím a s tím souvisejícími audity, bylo hlavním úmyslem autorů standardu využití v praxi pro prospěch vybrané organizace. V rámci splnění požadavků tvůrců standardu byla finální verze standardu předána vedení nemocnice a vrchní sestře kardiologického oddělení.

Abstract:

im: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose a nursing care standard - assistance in electrical cardioversion. In addition to the proposal of this standard, the purpose was also to create an auditing paper for clarity of the auditive survey. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was also to implement the findings into practice in a chosen hospital. Methodology: The proposed standard and the auditing paper were both created based on scientific literature, applicable regulations and directives that were studied beforehand. An expert consultation with a ward doctor, a ward nurse, practicing nurses specializing in intensive care and other practiting nurses took place afterwards. These professionals added their remarks and findings from practice into the document containing the proposed standard in the form of remarking. In addition to the nursing care standard - assistance in electrical cardioversion an auditing list was made, containing measurable evaluation criteria. Results: After the expert consultations in the form of remarks made by the participating employees have taken place, the proposed standard was reworked and modified into the final version. The final version of The Standard Work Instructions - Assistence in electric cardioversion and the proposal of the auditive paper will be presented to the nursing care deputy and to the management of the chosen hospital. Conclusion: Standardization in health care has an immesurable influence on the ever rising quality of this care. We can use auditive surveys too see to what extent these standards are followed in day to day practice. With regard to acreditations and related audits taking part over and over again, the aim of the autors of this standard was to use it in practice for the benefit of the chosen organisation. To meet the requirements of the standard authors, the final version of the standard was presented to the hospital management and the head nurse of the cardiology department.
