Diplomová práce se zabývá tematikou kvality ve veřejné správě. Především aplikací dvou metod kvality metodou CAF (Společný hodnotící rámec) a metodou benchmarking. Teoretická část práce představuje sledování kvality v kontextu reformy veřejné správy, institucionální zabezpečení kvality v České republice a v rámci Evropské unie.
