Rigorózní práce v teoretické části pojednává o tvorbě standardů kvality v pobytových sociálních službách. Jsou zde obsažena a popsána základní kritéria procedurálních standardů kvality v sociálních službách, které se vzájemně prolínají do jednotlivých podmínek poskytování pobytových sociálních služeb dodržováním jednotlivých kritérií v praxi. The thesis in the theoretical part deals with the creation of quality standards in residential social services. They are included here and basic criteria of procedural quality standards in social services are described, which overlap each other to individual conditions of provision of residential social services by observing individual criteria in practice.
