Abstract:

Cílem předložené diplomové práce je zpracování projektu (podnikatelského plánu) na zřízení Centra služeb pro osoby se závislostmi, který je realizovatelný v praxi ve městě Kyjově. V teoretické části jsou popsána specifika podnikání, právní formy a také systém poskytování sociálních a zdravotních služeb v České republice dle platné legislativy. Analytická část zahrnuje analýzu současného stavu v oblasti poskytování podpory osobám se závislostmi, analýzy makro, mezo a mikroprostředí a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, ze kterých je zřejmé, že služby pro tuto skupinu osob jsou nedostatečné a zřízení Centra služeb pro osoby se závislostmi je potřeba. Praktická část, resp. část projektová, se zaobírá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu na zřízení sociálních, zdravotních a poradenských služeb v Kyjově, které je finančně udržitelné a schopné provozu.

Abstract:

The aim of the presented diploma thesis is to develop a project (business plan) for establishing a Center for Services for People with Addictions that is feasible in practice in the town of Kyjov. The theoretical part describes the specifics of business, legal forms, and also the system of providing social and health services in the Czech Republic according to the applicable legislation. The analytical part includes an analysis of the current state in the field of providing support to people with addictions, analyses of the macro, meso and micro-environment, and the results of a questionnaire survey, which show that services for this group of people are insufficient and the establishment of a Center for Services for People with Addictions is necessary. The practical part, i.e. the project part, deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of social, health, and counseling services in Kyjov, which is financially sustainable and capable of operation.
