Crimes against the human dignity in sexual sphere focusing on the crime of creation and other handling of child pornography.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na hlavu III zvláštní části trestního zákoníku sexuálních trestných činů. Rozebírá jak minulou, tak součastnou, ale i zahraniční právní úpravu a s poznatky vědy a praxe ji podrobuje konstruktivní kritice.
Abstract:
This paper focuses upon the third chapter of the special part of Czech penal code dealing with sexual criminality. It analyzes historical, current and foreign statutory and judicial law and compares it to current level of scientific progress and subsequently lays down constructive criticism.
