The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in pre-hospital emergency care. Further the characteristics of chronic obstructive disease, it defines the main causes of its exacerbation, further it points to the need for rapid examination, the initiation of early treatment and transport to a suitable medical facility.
