Cílem práce je podrobně zanalyzovat stav kriminality na okrese města Tábor. Úvodní část práce interpretuje základní pojmy zasahující do oblasti kriminality, její specifikaci a původ. Vysvětluje některé kriminologické teorie, definuje pojem trestného činu a jeho jednotlivé druhy. V neposlední řadě shrnuje aktuální stav kriminality a alternativní tresty. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze in detail situation of crime in the district of Tábor. The opening part of the thesis interprets the basic terms to tamper with area of crime, its specification and origin. It explains some criminological theories, defines the concept of a crime and its individual types. Last but not least, it resumes the current state of crime and alternative punishment.
