The key factors of prosperity of the middle-sized company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce si klade za úkol prozkoumat současnou situaci ve společnosti Interconnect s.r.o. a navrhnout změny pro krátkodobý a dlouhodobý horizont v oblastech managementu, marketingu, řízení lidských zdrojů a finančního řízení, které by měly přispět ke zvýšení prosperity této firmy. Práce je členěna do teoretické a praktické části.
Abstract:
The thesis analyses the current situation in the company Interconnect s.r.o and proposes a short-term and long-term suggestions in area of management, marketing, human resource management and financial management that should contribute to increase in the prosperity of this company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
