Význam komunikace v práci pedagoga je nepochybně velmi důležité a proto právem často diskutované téma. V této práci je věnována pozornost zejména tomu, jak může pedagog využít komunikaci ke zvýšení efektivity výchovně – vzdělávacího procesu.
