Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou evropskou a českou právní úpravou týkající se využívání a podpory obnovitelných zdrojů energie. První část je zaměřena na analýzu Směrnice 2009/28/ES o podpoře využívání energie z obnovitelných zdrojů a o změně a následném zrušení směrnic 2001/77/ES a 2003/30/ES.
