Abstract:

Popis průběhu evropského integračního procesu, který podmínil vznik schengenských dohod. Přiblížení okolností vzniku Schengenské dohody a seznámení s jejím obsahem. Popsání procesu postupného naplňování cílu Schengenské dohody prostřednictvím Schengenské prováděcí úmluvy. Seznámení s obsahem Schengenské prováděcí úmluvy. Začlenění aquis Schengenu do rámce EU a jejich následný a předpokládaný vývoj. Odraz azylové a imigrační politiky v rámci EU s přihlédnutím k budoucnosti agentury Frontex a jejímu současnému nasazení

Abstract:

A description of history of the European integration process, which initiated formation of the Schengen Agreements. An elucidation of circumstances of the Schengen Agreement formation and presentation of its contents. Description of the process of gradual fulfilment of the Schengen Agreement goals by means of the Schengen Implementation Convention. Presentation of the Schengen Implementation Convention contents. An incorporation of the Schengen acquis into the EU legal framework and its supposed and following development. A reflection of asylum and immigration policy in the EU framework with consideration of the Frontex Agency future and its current deployment.
