Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem rozvoje digitálních kompetencí pro uplatnění na trhu práce u zdravotně postižených osob. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit jakým způsobem osoby zdravotně postižené přistupují k vlastnímu rozvoji digitálních kompetencí v souvislosti s uplatněním na trhu práce.
