Nursing Process in Care of a Woman after Caesarean Section

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu u vybrané rodičky po akutním císařském řezu. Ošetřovatelský proces zahrnuje posouzení, diagnostiku, plánování, realizaci a vyhodnocení. Data byla získána ve Vítkovické nemocnici Agel a.s. Pro sběr informací byla použita zdravotnická a ošetřovatelská dokumentace, následně byly informace také doplněny rozhovorem s rodičkou. Závěrem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu, včetně stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a jejich intervencí z NANDA International, které pomáhají zdravotnickému personálu předcházet komplikacím u žen po císařském řezu. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zaměřujeme na popis operace císařského řezu a ostatních okolností, které jsou s tímto výkonem spojené - anestezie při výkonu, ošetřovatelská péče o rodičku před a po operaci, bonding. Obsahem praktické části bakalářské práce je vypracování ošetřovatelského procesu u rodičky po akutním císařském řezu. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a jejich intervencí s následnou realizací a vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is aimed to create a nursing process for the woman after the Caesarean Section. Nursing process includes an assessment, diagnostics, planning, realization and evaluation. Pieces of information were gotten in the Vitkovice hospital Agel a.s. Health and nursing documentation was use for collecting the information. The pieces of information were collected with an interview with the woman, too. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is to create the nursing process, determinate nursing diagnoses and their interventions from NANDA International. Nursing diagnoses and their interventions help medical staff to prevent complications in the women after Caesarean´s Section surgery. The bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, We describe Caesarean´s Section surgery and other things, which relate to this operation - anesthesia during the operation, nursing care about woman before and after the operation, bonding. The contant of the practical part of the bachelor thesis is working out the nursing process for the woman after Caesarean Section. The reset of the bachelor thesis is determinate nursing diagnoses and their interventions with realization and evaluation.
